Beautiful and big house surrounded by nature. The first floor consists in an open plan house including living room, dinning area and kitchen. First floor has a toilet and pantry. Heating pump and a fireplace(it will be install next month approximately ). Outdoor setting with garden and veggie patch. Huge deck. The second floor consists in 3 bedrooms. One of the bedrooms is an office too. Bathroom with shower. No bath. Every room has an individual heating (portable electric radiators).
However, the most important thing is our dog Chico. He is a Staffy/ lab 12 years old. Docile, gentle with kids and adults and obedient. He doesn’t require medication. We also have 3 chickens and 3 fishes. Basic maintenance.

He is a 12y/o staffy crossed Labrador. Gentle and docile with babies and kids. Low energy. Loves cuddles. No medication
