1 cat and 1 small dog. Quiet area. House is contemporary on 2 levels. I am a very organised and my house is as neat as a pin. Near park and all facilities. It would be much easier to have your own vehicle as public transport is available, but not that great. Only 15 minutes from Hobart. We are water front and our property is leafy, outlook picturesque. 15 minutes south of Hobart Tasmania.

Pets & farm animals

16 year old dog. In good health, not on medication. Loves her walks twice a day. Very affectionate, and loves to snuggle up on our bed, especially if it is cool night. Cat is 13 years old. Loves to hang around home and in warmer weather on the deck sunny itself. Is an indoor cat for the evening. He comes in before dusk. The cat is quiet and both cat and dog get along.

House Tasks

Collect mail, water garden and potted plants.
