I am re-advertising this sit as my confirmed sitter has had to pull out. I have a small, well-kept house and garden, in a quiet suburb, and an affectionate dog (5 years old). She is deaf which is convenient for her sometimes. She loves her walks and would like two a day but will happily walk, or run, as much as you want to. She can be left alone outside during the day but is very happy when she is lazing around with you.

I would like the sitter to look after Spirit (walking and grooming) and keep the property and garden clean and tidy (occasionally mowing a small lawn and watering, particularly pots in the courtyard).

There are two parks within five minutes walk, along with the council library. It's 15 minutes walk to Coles, Aldi and K-Mart along with doctor, dentist and vet and other basic services. There are a number of take-aways nearby. Train station is 2km away. Local 50m pool is 1km away.

Carport parking available as well as on-street parking.

Guest accommodation is a single room so I am looking for a single sitter. I am looking for a regular sitter who is happy with short and longer sits. Non-smoker. Thanks
