This is a small two bedroom unit on one of the best beaches in Port Phillip Bay. It is on the ground floor and has a small front and back yard to water while you enjoy the sunshine and the view. It is a short walk to shops and the train line. We require a cat lover to look after our 13 year old female cat who is fully house trained and prefers to go to the toilet out in the garden. She will not leave the property and does not like staying outside on her own for long. She is very easy going.
