We have a 15 acre Orchard situated in Perth Hills approx 35 mins to Perth City We have farmers markets each Sun in nearby Kalamunda and wineries and local restaurants to visit We would prefer a semi retired or retired couple with farming experience but not essential . Our house has 3 bedrooms 2 bathrooms and is a farm house..

Our pets consist of a 11 yr old very friendly German Shepherd and 7 chickens
House Tasks
The only gardening required is to mow lawn once with ride on mower and to collect mail from letter box . Also to monitor the watering of lemons and Avocados which is automatic but needs to be checked
