Alongside the house is a large bar/entertainment room, complete with pool table, dart board and 85cm TV, all with extremely fast internet (Starlink) to stream your favorite shows/sport (we have Kayo) and a fire pit out the front for those chilly nights.

There are 2 small inside dogs and two outside Kelpies to take care of, along with 11 chooks (so you won't be short of eggs) and 5 dwarf goats - though both the chooks and goats need very little attention, with the chook feed/water topped up once a week and the goats fed once every few days.

The two inside pups are both poodle crosses and are over 10 years of age, while the outside kelpies are aged 3 and 8. All are friendly and enjoy off lead walks around the property.

The property is located 15 minutes from the Googong shops and 25 minutes to either Queanbeyan or Calwell. Canberra City Centre is around 40 minutes drive, as is Woden, while Tuggeranong is 30 minutes.
