Great location close to shops, train station, parks, walking distance to the Dolphins Leagues club.

I have a small friendly fox terrier X who needs daily walks (There is a walking path strait out my back gate that leads to a choice of different walking parks)
He does love company so preferably a retired person or couple.

General maintenance. Bins/ letter box maybe water the garden.

Pets & farm animals

Bear is a small X terrier who is getting a little older. his requirements are a monthly injection at the vet approximately 2 KM away. I make up his food . He needs his daily walk, about half hour. Maximum 45 minutes as he has early arthritis. his walk is the highlight of his day. Apart from food lol. Please don't feed him too much, he's a little overweight. Please lift him down big steps like the back gate or off the lounge or any big steps. normal steps he's ok with.
