7 year old golden retriever who loves human company and walks everyday (not runs) and 2 cats. 1 acre but not a lot of maintenance as we can arrange for mowing, so just some garden and plant watering as required. Air conditioned clean and tidy 3 bedroom home in quiet small estate nestled in Bunyaville State forest with walking tracks throughout and nearby popular river. Shops are a short drive away. We would like non-smokers, preferably mature age. We look forward to hearing from you. Paul and Kathy.
