We have a spacious 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom home (incl spa in master ensuite) with a large outdoor area and pool. The house can be fully air-conditioned. It is adjacent to parklands and lake with walking/bike tracks for miles. It is a quiet estate and the house/yard is quite private. There is a small vegetable garden and lawns to maintain. We also have a delightful & playful 12 year old Standard Schnauzer 'Nixie' who needs looking after.
