We need someone to look after our house and more importantly, two little dogs. Our place is on Olivers Hill in Frankston South on a quiet, tree-lined, dead-end street near Sweetwater Creek boardwalks and just a few minutes walk to the beach.
Frankston is one hour by train to Melbourne or about 45 minutes by car via the freeways. The neighbourhood and surrounds is friendly, lots of families and retired people and our street has very little traffic. There is public transport at the top of the street, local shops about 10 mins walk away and major shopping centres in Frankston, Mt Eliza and Mornington are all within easy reach.
The house has heating, cooling, dishwasher and Foxtel as well as unlimited NBN internet (wireless within the house). It is a comfortable, casual and easy place at the gateway to beautiful Mornington Peninsula where you will enjoy great food and wine, world class golf and other recreational facilities and stunning scenery.
We have a good, easily cleaned kitchen with plenty of cooking equipment, induction cooktop, dishwasher and decent sized fridge,
We would expect updates from our house sitter via WhatsApp if possible.

Pets & farm animals

We have two small dogs..under 7.5 kilos, who are aged around 13 years but can still act like puppies when they are not sleeping.<br />They enjoy a short stroll every morning to the top of the street and back. They have a set amount of food each day including fresh mince which we prepare and freeze and good quality dry food. They are fed morning and early evening and have access to fresh water and the backyard or side yard at all times.
