Steve and I are traveling overseas from May 31st to July 3rd 2020 and are looking for a couple or single person to dog and house sit.

We live in a beautiful Queenslander home on a large block of land in the center of the quaint rural village of Milton NSW. We live in a quiet street and have rural views. Our home has three bedrooms and a study. Downstairs we have a small gym.We have air conditioning, heaters and a wood heater to keep you warm and cosy.We do have outdoor steps leading into our property and a medium to steep driveway. Steve and I are very house proud. Our home is immaculately clean.

We are centrally located, 3 minute walk to a supermarket, boutique shops, coffee shops, restaurants, doctors and hospital. We are a 5 minutes drive to the beautiful Mollymook and Narrawallee Beaches and a 5 minutes drive to Ulladulla.

We have 2 beautiful Welsh Springer Spaniels who are still very active for their age. Pancake is 10 and Roxy is 9. Pancake is confident and Roxy is more timid. Roxy has epilepsy, and seizure free on medication. They walk well on their lead and require a 30-40 minute walk a day as they receive the majority of their exercise running around our beautiful backyard. Roxy and Pancake are mostly outside dogs, however, they come inside every night (on a mat ) for some love , cuddles....and treats.

If you were considering applying for this sit you would need to be capable enough to walk our medium size dogs who are generally excellent on their leads. However you would need to be strong enough to hold them if they pulled to obtain food on the footpath. You would need to be a morning person as the girls are ready to go for a walk around 6.00am to 630 am. You would have to be prepared to give Roxy her medication twice daily..Our lawns do not need to be maintained at this time of the year.

House Tasks

Walk the dogs once a day (leads on only), feed the dogs breaky and dinner and a bicky for super!!!!Collect mail from postbox, bins need to be taken out on a Monday night and keeping up with the housework. No Lawns due to winter growth.
