Hi house location is ten km out of Bundaburg on a one Acre block with tank water and a ensuite near the house with shower toilet vanity washing machine fifteen AMP electricity for caravan or motorhome .
No pets to look after only need lawn watered if needed and garden plants and trees watered if needed you will have acess to the out door gauzed in area .
There is no town water however we have a bore that we water lawn and trees with vegetable garden and fruit trees we use tank water leaving you time to explore the Bundaburg widebay area.
