We live in a two storey, two bedroom, one bathroom cottage on an acre of rainforest in central Kiama. It is a unique home with a large entertaining deck (50sq.m) including a spa. The house has NBN wifi and plenty of parking. The home has a TV, DVD player/ recorder, pay TV, dishwasher etc.
A couple of important points: the main bedroom is up a set of stairs so that is a consideration if you are not particularly mobile also there is no bathroom upstairs. . Otherwise there is a large bedroom on the ground floor next to the bathroom. Secondly, although the property is in central Kiama, the house is very secluded, dark and quiet at night so if being alone is a problem, probably not the sit for you as the house creaks and the rainforest surrounding the house affords nighttime fauna noises.

Pets & farm animals

We have a very easygoing 10 year old female cat called Peaches.

House Tasks

Tasks would include: feeding the cat, mowing the lawn, watering the deck plants (with a bucket or container) collecting the mail, maintaining the spa (easy) and making the house look lived in as although in central Kiama it is quiet and hidden away.
