Large colonial house on a 5 acre block in the beautiful Mandurang Valley with swimming pool, dam, beautiful green sweeping views and large gardens. Quite and secluded, a very private retreat from the every day bustle of a busy life.

The nearest supermarket, shops and takeaways are 4km - at this property you need to drive and have your own vehicle to get around.

Approximately 10 minutes drive from the centre of Bendigo CBD. Bendigo has everything you need in a compact centre, perfect for a visit or getting the essentials. We have an art museum, theatre and plenty of lovely restaurants and cafes.

Mandurang is surrounded by the Bendigo national park and is a wonderful place to get out for a walk or ride a mountain bike.

We have 2 dogs and a cat to look after.
The cat is a very friendly Ocicat and indoors only.
The dogs are a very gentle 5 year old Doberman and a boisterous 6 month old Ridgeback pup, both are very friendly. He is a lot bigger now than in the photo! The pup is crated overnight and the both dogs sleep indoors.

I travel regularly for work so I am also looking for someone who can look after my pets on a regular basis. I am just about to start travelling again after the pause from covid.

We are planning a few ski trips in July and August and this first trip in June to see how everything goes.

Pets & farm animals

General feeding and wellbeing, water changed daily and social interaction.
Two Dogs - walking around the 5 acres, playing with balls and sticks and supervised swimming in the dam. Not required to be on lead.
One Cat - Indoor only, must not be let out - you need to be vigilant about closing doors. Litter tray needs to be cleaned once per day.

House Tasks

Put out the bins please once per week.
