A quiet secluded house set at the dead end of a street, with an outlook onto a tranquil treed reserve. Birdlife aplenty. Just a short walk to the local shops for a coffee, bakery or takeaway. 5 minute drive to the beach and local shopping centres, movies and restaurants. Plenty to explore by foot and bike. Plenty to explore on the Mornington Peninsula. I have 2 older dogs that require looking after. My spoodle doesn't appear her age at all. She does have a little trust issue, to begin with, but once you win her over, she will love you. The other old girl requires a little more attention!
So just 2 dogs, some goldish in the pond and possibly a bit of watering to some plants if there is no rain in sight.

House Tasks

To feed and walk daily the dogs. The old girls don't need a big walk!
To feed the pond goldfish every couple of days. And ensure there is enough water in the pond as it can evaporate.
Fresh water and seed for the canaries.
