Lovely house with heated pool backing onto reserve and walking distance to the beach.
Great small community with plenty of facilities. Tennis, golf, parks, river and the beach. Easy distance to bustling tourist spots and national parks. 100 beaches in the Council area, take the 100 beach challenge!
Pets & farm animals
Rusty a 4 year old short hair border collie, up to mischief, happy to run around on the reserve, walk to the beach, and along the river. He is good on the lead and knows a good number of commands but loves to be off leash and fetch the ball or stick.
House Tasks
Easy care delightful sunny four bedroom home and garden with some watering. Nothing else to do except enjoy and keep Rusty happy. Cleaners come fortnightly.<br /><br />We have prepared an information sheet for the house and Rusty.
