Hello

I am going away 2nd September then back 30th. Away again in 3rd November to 24th 2022 then in December dates tba.

4 bedroom residential home in the Southern Highlands.
Close to shops and train station.

Would like a non smoking normal 50 year person/couple to look after the place and the pets.
Handover is not a 5 minutes job.
Bus outside door goes to different places. They take cash only.

Train station and shops are nearby.

Fairly flexible with stay time.

Pets & farm animals

2 dogs (1 large), 4 cats (to be locked in at night), Birds get seed and water, they love green leaves to attack daily at present needs cover put down.
Dogs & Cats fed twice a day and fresh water every other day.

Walking dogs around the streets daily.

House Tasks

Home cleaned/vacuumed just over a week.
Collect mail, water plants, keep cats company to open the door many times daily, some days one feels like a doorperson as soon as they come in they want to go out. Fresh water for cats and dogs when low. Fresh kitty litter in two trays on Sunday arvos as the bin goes out . Collect mail. Minimal amount of water plants .
