The property is our weekend retreat, in a quiet corner of Orford, within a few minutes walk from beautiful beaches and walking tracks. The house has 3 bedrooms, living area, upstairs deck and bar, outdoor paved barbecue area, indoor and outdoor shower. The house has a heat pump, wood heater, and NBN wifi.
We have 2 kelpie cross 8 year old ex farm trained dogs that need 2 walks per day on the beach. They are very obedient, friendly, and live inside the house.
The house will need to be kept clean.
