Lovely 3 bedroom ranch style mud brick home on 10 Acres in bushland setting 7 mins from coutts crossing village 29 mins from Grafton 45 mins from woolgoolga beach, close to Coffs Harbour national parks and only 2 hours to gold coast We have heating and wood fire stove for heating, we have just freshly painted the whole has and had the floors repolished. We hvae two staffys and two cats that will need feeding and watering and a few sticks thrown about while we are away.
