Lovely warm sunny house in Jervis Bay area. Architectural features. Very well maintained. Two bedrooms, one bathroom. Set in the national park minutes from white Sandy beaches and beautiful walks. 5mins from large Woolworths. Usually rented in holiday market 5stars

Pets & farm animals

We have an 8yr old Siamese cat Dodger. He is very friendly and loves sitting on a warm lap.
He used to roam around outside but was injured by other cats, dogs and new fences so has been kept inside for the last nine months. Dodger has stayed at catteries in the past but gets too anxious so we have decided to keep him in his own environment. He has medication on his food morning and night and sleeps in the laundry.

House Tasks

Collect mail. No lawn care needed. There are a couple of indoor plants that need a weekly water.
