We have a 3 bedroom home with the main bedroom having an ensuite, an office/utility room, a main bathroom, a living/dining area and an open plan kitchen/dining/family room. Our home is approximately 15km from the city centre. There is a bus stop a few doors down from us if you do not have your own transport. The bus takes you to the Paradise Interchange (approx. 15min.) from where you can either go into the city centre - approx. 20 mins - or to Tea Tree Plaza Shopping Centre - approx. 10mins). There is also a smaller shopping centre a 5 min drive away or approx. 15min by bus. There are 5 supermarkets within a 5-10 minute drive, however only 1 if you are walking. Our garage will be available to you if you have a car. River Torrens Linear Park is within walking distance.

Our main concern is our pup, Ellie, a Border Collie, who at the time of your arrival would be almost 1 year old. Needless to say she is playful and can be quite boisterous and will require a lot of attention. She is an indoor/outdoor girl but is restricted as to where she can go in the house (and is not allowed to sleep on the beds !!). A daily walk will be required. We also have an outdoor fish pond and we usually feed the fish twice a day but they can go a couple of days between feeds if necessary. We have garden areas front and back which will need looking after, i.e. watering and lawn mowing. We also have a vegetable garden requiring attention and anything that's ready for picking is yours of course. There is an outdoor covered pergola area with seating and a BBQ which you are free to use. As we will be away for quite some time, our 2 grandchildren (aged 11 and 7) will miss Ellie and she will miss them, so we would like that they come to the house (with our daughter) say once a week for an hour or so on the weekend so they can play with her. If not weekly, then fortnightly. Hopefully that will not be an issue.
