We live in a lovely Fitzroy townhouse (one bathroom, one queen-size bed in master bedroom, sofa bed in living room and extra space in the study too) with our gorgeous greyhound Luca. The neighbourhood is vibrant with a little green area in the middle of a few similar townhouses where the neighbours regularly socialise. We are very close to Edinburgh Gardens, Rathdown Village, and many fantastic restaurants and cafes. Luca sleeps most of the day on his luxurious bed, but is very particular about his morning and evening walks. He's a creature of habit and likes to have these at a regular time around 8 am and 5 pm. He has a lot of admirers in the area and loves to meet other humans in the neighbourhood, particularly at the Fitzroy Market on a Saturday morning! He is fine on his own for a few hours, but he gets lonely so we would prefer someone who will spend a few hours with him in the house every day. The space is very relaxing, we have a 65-inch TV, bluetooth speakers, record player etc., a nice kitchen with all utensils and a courtyard out back for relaxing in the sun or by the fire in the evening. We just have a few house plants that would need watering but otherwise not much hassle.

House Tasks

Water indoor plants once a week, take bins out on a Thursday evening, leave the place nice and clean when leaving.
