Modern 4br home on 100acre farm running small herd of cattle. We are located ~ 20kms s/w of Bacchus Marsh , 60kms west of Melbourne near the Brisbane Range with all services connected eg power, internet.
The sitter would preferably have had some experience living on a farm with farm animals. We have an old dog ,chooks and vege garden that also need looking after.
Preferably the sitter would have basic practical farming skills so they could identify and manage simple tasks associated with the property . Eg Checking on cattle well being , electric fences , watertroughs, house water pump etc. A family member lives nearby and could be contacted if assistance required. Sitter would need their own reliable transport as nearest public transport is Bacchus Marsh.
