Older modest older house located in Kew Melbourne, only 6 kms from the CBD, close to public transport, cafes, walking tracks and parks.
House is on a main road but is quiet at nights. Low maintenance home so not much needed, watering the plants in the front yard but that should be it. Off street parking available if needed.
All the usual things at the house, heating, cooling, internet, netflix, stan, clothes dryer no dishwasher though.

Pets & farm animals

1 small 17yr old elderly dog, would needs feeding and the occasional walk.<br /><br />With her older age she has got a little anxious and can be a little apprehensive with new people but we have had house sitters before and it has gone well with her creature comforts at home. <br />We have noticed some strange behaviours with her wandering around the house and sometimes getting confused so you may need to support her , maybe early dementia? She sleeps A LOT! Sometimes she has also been urinating on our carpet as she forgets to go outside. We aren't stressed when it happens but it would need spraying.<br />Ideally we need someone that is not out of the house 5 days a week for work as Holly is used to having someone home with her part of the week.<br /><br />Will have also had a haircut by then so may not be as cute!

Collect mail, weekly bin collection, water front garden.<br />Low maintenance home
