We have a 2 storey home in a quiet culdesac in a leafy suburb in walking distance to a local club, tennis courts, coffee shop and parks.
We have a small private yard that needs watering and 2 lovely old cats that require feeding, patting and chats.
We are in a great regional city with plenty of activities- sport, water, arts, music, theatre and historical. Nearby towns have lovely atmosphere for day trips and bushwalking.
