**SOS** our sitter we had lined up has had to pull out so hoping someone is interested in looking after our home & puppy from early July in North Ryde***
We have on offer a lovely 7year old house 5 bedroom, study, 3.5 bathroom, multiple living areas house in North Ryde with a pool, hot tub and people friendly backyard. We are located within a 10-15 min walk to Macquarie Centre & train line or buses to the city 5mins away. We have 1 dog who needs a friend while we are away. He is a 4 year old mini groodle (about 15kgs), If you are home during the day one walk a day is enough however if you are out all day a short walk in the morning keeps in happy if he is left alone. He does love company, just likes someone around.

Pets & farm animals

Ted, a mini groodle is very easy going however I will say gets excited for the first 5 minutes when seeing someone new. He had dry food twice a day and loves a walk. He is pretty easy going and house trained.

House Tasks

* Looking after our dog.
* Given time of year lawns and pool should not need any work required at this time.
* Respect & care for our home in our absence.
* Collect Mail.
* Enjoy our home!
