1 bedroom unit with full kitchen, bathroom and seperate lounge space, plus outdoor dining and lounge area in yard. Includes wifi, smart TV with Netflix and Stan. Surfboards and paddleboards free to use. 1 parking space. Just back from the beach, therefore ideal for daily dog walking. Unit is immediately behind a bus stop for buses north to Noosa (via Coolum and Peregian Beach) or south to Maroochydore (via Marcoola, Mudjimba and Sunshine Coast Airport). Unit is located in Yaroomba (just south of Coolum Beach). We’re looking for a reliable and trust worthy sitter for our unit and nearly 4yr old dog, Cora. Sitter needs to be a non-smoker. A sitter with previous experience is preferred. Cora is a wire-haired Hungarian vizsla and is medium sized (15kg but lean). She’s high energy and needs at least 1 long walk per day, off leash with lots of ball/stick chasing. Although always ready to run and play, she’s a real sook and loves a cuddle in the evening. Pets & farm animals

Cora is a nearly 4yr old wire-haired Hungarian Vizsla. She’s a bird/gun dog by breed and high energy, needing at least one long walk per day. We try to maintain some training with treats daily too. She eats kibble twice per day and we avoid any other/human food as she tends to have a sensitive stomach. She’s crate trained where she sleeps at night.

House Tasks

Keep unit generally tidy and clean. Water plants in the evenings if there’s been no rain. No need to mow lawns or any other maintenance.
