Location, Location, Location.....Sydney Inner West Terrace Cottage. Situated 6min walk from nearly everything.........Train/Bus, IGA, Aldi, Cinema and the best cafes and restaurants that Newtown has to offer. Less than 10min by train to CBD. A park is directly opposite for those that like to sit under a tree, read a book or fresh air walks.
The cottage is a small one bedroom home, so would probably suit one person, two is fine but only one double size bed.
Rest of the time is yours to enjoy Sydney.
My flight out is on the evening of the 6th May and I return on the evening of the 29th May.

Pets & farm animals

I have three Devon Rex Cats: Mum Whisky 10yr and two sons Pip & Indy 4yr. There are no medical issues or temperament issues apart from lots of cuddles. Pip is a bit shy until he gets to know you.<br />I have also added two fish tanks with tropical fish. I have organised a professional to come in and do a water change halfway through. So only feeding and water top ups.

House Tasks

Requirements:<br />1. Feed twice daily. The occasional dry food dinner left out is fine. <br />2. Cat toilet: The Litter Robot 3 will free up a lot of your time. It will need emptying every 5-6 days. <br />3. I have some self watering plant pots that will need water topping up.<br />4. Feed Fish once per day and top up water if necessary.<br />The rest of the time is yours to enjoy Sydney.
