Our small 40 acre farm is located 15 minutes from Mudgee. We have a four bedroom house with pool and established gardens. We require a house sitter to take care of our playful, energetic Groodle, our cat and chooks. There is a retired horse in the paddock that requires no care. Lawn mowing may be required, we have a ride on mower to assist. Burrendong Dam is located 20 minutes away if you are keen on water sports or fishing.
