About We need dog lovers for two stays: a 3 day stay in March and a 4 week stay in June-July 2025 preferably, but not necessarily, the same people. Dates are as follows: Friday 14 - Sunday 16 March 2025 Monday 16 June – Sunday 13 July 2025 You would be caring for our two dogs: Honey, a 15 year old beagle/cavalier and Gus a 9 year old Scottish Terrier. They have a 25-30 min walk after breakfast and a short 15 minute walk in the evening. They enjoy their walks although Honey takes daily pain medication for arthritis (which is very effective). We prefer retirees or those who work from home as our dogs are used to company, but we understand that you would be out investigating beautiful Bowral and the surrounding area some of the time. Our home is a spacious 4 bedroom/3 bathroom house on one level and on a good-sized block of residential land. There is off street parking and garage parking for sedans or small to medium-sized SUVs. A newly renovated guest bedroom (queen size bed, chest of drawers, tall boy and built-in wardrobe) and new bathroom (walk-in shower) is available for your personal use. The care of our dogs is our main concern. There are no gardening or other requirements apart from watering a few indoor plants. Please contact us if you are interested and available to help us out. Pets & farm animals

Honey is a healthy 15 year old Beagle-King Charles Cavalier cross and Gus is a 9 year old Scottish Terrier. Both love company, walks and eating!

House Tasks

Apart from the care of our dogs, we appreciate our house sitters collecting the mail and keeping the house clean and tidy. We don't expect any gardening to be done.
