Hi! We are looking for a pet lover who would love to look after our special furry (and feathered/ scaled!) friends for 4 weeks starting from December 15th, 2024, in our beautiful home in Hervey Bay, Queensland. We have a 5-year-old Cocker Spaniel 'Poppy', a 1-year-old ragdoll "Louie", 1 goldfish, 1 canary (called 'Birdy") and 2 chooks! Poppy and Louie are a big part of our family and need lots of love and attention, so please only respond to this ad if you are someone who can give them lots of TLC and enjoy being around animals! Louie loves to be around people, to be talked to and played with. Poppy is also very affectionate, loves to be anywhere her humans are and enjoys daily walks to the beach. Other care required: Birdy - clean water every 1-2 days. Fresh food 2 x per week Chooks - check water and food daily. Collect eggs daily Fish - one pinch of food daily Pool - monitoring water level (top up if needed) Lawns - mowed (small yard) Pot plants - water 2x a week We live in a beautiful part of Hervey Bay, in the suburb or Urangan, only 400m away from the best beach in town. Our house is 4-bedroom, 2 bathroom and includes a pool and small yard. We would like to be able to meet you before the house-sit is confirmed.
