Stunningly beautiful 7 bedroom home with about an acre of lawn and gardens. Our property is 2 kms from the beaches of Bargara, on 43 acres of farm land (which is leased to the neighbouring farmer).

Our property is on the market, because we need to move overseas for work. We require a care taker who can keep our place looking nice for house inspections.

Pets & farm animals

Pets welcome, however the yard is not fenced. We could arrange a small fenced area, if required.

House Tasks

Mow grass (ride on mower, electric push mower, and whipper snipper supplied). Spray or pull weeds. Keep pool clean -sweep pool steps and remove leaves (monthly professional pool maintenance visits supplied) Hose down pool area and exterior of house if it gets dusty. <br />Keep house clean and prepared for real estate inspections.
