We are off on a 2 week holiday and would love a friendly house/pet sitter to come and look after our 2 miniature dachshunds for 13 days and nights.
We live in a large 3 bedroom home in Carrara with a separate granny flat (which WILL be occupied with short term rentals).
We have a 12 meter pool and plenty of space, good wifi, netflix, Stan and Prime TV and an office space, if you need to work from home. The neighbourhood is safe and we have great neighbours. Bus routes go straight through to Broad Beach, Pacific Fair Shopping Centre within 10 minutes and it's also easy to get to Surfers Paradise or Burleigh from there. There is plenty of chill-out space with a large kitchen & lounge, and balconies.

We have 2 lovely dachshunds at the house, that require plently of attention and feeding etc. They are quite needy, so I would prefer someone or a couple who will be home a lot, not out all day at work etc.

The outdoor cabana area is for our rental guests, but the pool is accessible for both you and our granny flat guests. I would like to note that, we have strict rules for our rental, including only a single person or couple, no children allowed and most importantly no parties or late nights. We have had only good experiences.

I do have a cleaning lady for the granny flat change-overs (also our neighbour) who will require access on a couple of occasions to our main house bathroom/laundry, so that she can wash the guests towels and sheets, and grab any supplies/ replenishments, so we do ask that this is something that you'd be happy with. At this point there will only be 3 change-overs whilst we are away, so three days' access is required for Anne, our cleaner).

Pets & farm animals

We have 2 daschunds ages 4 and 3 yrs old, Malachi and Lilybee.
They do need some attention and need a bark collar whenever you leave the house. They require feeding 2 times a day, with dry and wet food. I'd also like to receive daily photos of the dogs. They can't be left alone at night. Lots of cuddles please :)

Collect mail, put out bins, Mind and feed dogs.
