About

We have a beautiful poured earth off the grid house in amongst the trees and pagodas about 20 minutes outside of Rylstone.
We have 240 acres, with 200 of those under a conversation agreement.
It's is perfect for exploring, mountain bike riding, bird watching and just sitting on the deck with a cuppa and chatting to the morning kangaroos.

In our outdoor space we have a wood fired hot tub, outdoor bath and shower (and no neighbours). There is a bbq and a pizza oven on the verandah and a fire place on the deck for those cool evenings.

We have one dog (Mikey) an indoor cat (Raphy) and a few chickens.

We also have high speed Starlink internet. My husband works exclusively from home for a software company either in the house office (in our bedroom) or in the cabin/office space which is about 150m from the house.

House Tasks

Daily pet feeding/water/kitty litter Collect Mail- Mail days (Monday, Wednesday, Friday).
Possibly mow once- depending on how fast the grass grows.
