About

Hello! We are a family of four humans and 2 beloved fur babies (1 cat and 1 dog) and two goldfish. We live in a detached townhouse in a small complex. The house is 4 bedrooms and two bathrooms and has a nice size courtyard. We are near Mount Rogers, which is a beautiful walk. Our house has all the amenities you need to be comfortable, ducted heating/cooling a dishwasher, Starlink internet, various streaming services etc. One of the bedrooms is set up as an office, so if you work from home it is a comfortable set up. We would love for someone/couple/small family to come in and take care of our place and also our two fur pets. We have a low maintenance cat, who is outside during the day and is inside at night. We also have a medium groodle who is a smoochy girl. She likes a walk everyday and loves playing fetch. Overall she is fairly low maintenance and just likes to be near you. We have a few indoor plants that will need a water and a small patch of grass that has a sprinkler on a timer that may also need a quick mow while we are away. Otherwise the house is there for you to enjoy. There are small local shops within a short walk that has a pizza place, Indian restaurant and cafe. We are close to public transport and a short drive to grocery stores, other takeaway shops, chemists etc. Gold Creek and Hall for lovely cafes and restaurants. We are looking for a reliable sitter/s to take care of our beautiful pets and treat our home with respect, like they would their own.

Pets & farm animals

We have one cat who is pretty self sufficient. He likes to be outside during the day, but he is inside in the evenings. He isn't a super smoochy boy, but like to be around you! We also have a 3 year old Groodle girl. She will need a walk most days (if it's wet you can skip it!) and likes to play fetch. She is a smoochy thing and loves to just follow you around and sleep near you during the day. At night she sleeps in her bed in the kitchen/family room. She's very well behaved, great on the lead and generally well trained.

House Tasks

Main priorities are looking after our beautiful pets! Other things include collecting the mail, water the indoor plants, possibly mowing the small patch of grass in the courtyard, general tidying.
