Urgently looking for a house sitter from 13/3/25 to 6/4/25 at Bargara Qld.
You can bring your van/motorhome if you have one or stay in the house. The ocean is at the end of the street, there are cane farms and grazing cattle across the road. There is a small shopping centre, beaches, restaurants, pubs, golf course and lawn bowls all within a few min drive or 1/2 hour walk. The house is small but comfortable, bright and airy. We do not have air conditioning however cross ventilation provides cooling breezes right throughout the house.
Our 2 shy cats pretty much rule the roost. They don't particularly get along with each other, (no actual fighting between them but lots of hissing). They are fed raw food which will be provided already chopped and ready to go. There are pot plants both indoors and outdoors that need watering and 2 ponds of fish to be fed. If you are open to mowing (corner block) that would be great but it's not a deal breaker.
