Ground floor 1 of only 2 apartments. Very peaceful location. Cozy 3 bedroom, 5 minutes from Warrandyte river, 10 minutes to supermarket. Bus stop on the corner. Courtyard with no maintenance required except water a few pots. 2 cats to mind, feed and play with. Luna is 12 and very quiet but very affectionate. Mars is 18 months old and loves to play and will only cuddle at night when he sleeps on my bed with his teddy bear.
Pets & farm animals
2 cats. Very easy to look after. Feed twice a day and attend to kitty litter on a regular basis.
