We have a modern well kept, shoes off home and we are 5 km east of Warrnambool on 7 acres in a lovely 4 bedroom home. Our home is surrounded by trees and a peaceful bird endowed garden with occasional visits by koalas and kangaroos. We can't see the sea but usually hear the breakers. We have 2 large dogs who are happy with each other's company and do not live inside our home. They love a pat, brush, game and long walks on the beach. No other farm work required, although we do have a couple of horses they will not require any input other than checking on water. I have a large amount of split fire wood in the shed to help keep you warm if you want to supplement the electric heating.
Warrnambool is a lovely rural city with many top class facilities and beautiful walks and 4 trains/day to Melbourne each weekday. Prefer non-smokers.

Two large friendly dogs who are outside dogs who love long walks on the beach.<br />4 horses who only require checking to ensure they have water

House Tasks

Watering a few pot plants after checking the mailbox and then please relax in the gardens or have a snooze on the couch. Alternatively go for a drive and explore South West Victoria with its beaches, extinct volcanoes and interesting towns.
