Courtyard home near Blackwood in the Adelaide Hills. Close to bus and 1 km walk to train station.
2 bedrooms one with double bed and another with quality sofa bed. 2 bathrooms. Reverse cycle air conditioning throughout house.
Garden all irrigated but pots will require watering.
2 x 6 year old cats who cannot have access outside of the house and their large enclosure. One British Shorthair female who is independent and has a mind of her own. A male Burmilla who is very demanding and needs lots of affection.
If successful other opportunities will be available in the future.
