Our house is a spacious 2 bedroom 2 bathroom federation style weatherboard with a large garden, close to the city in Ascot Vale. We are looking for a mature single person who will enjoy a quiet time and care for our house as if it was their own. We have a lot of older style furniture so the house is suited to mature sitters who prefer period homes and furnishings. Definitely no parties! It's located less than 5 minutes walk from Ascot Vale train station and about 5 minutes from the tram stop - the train only takes 10-15 minutes into the CBD. We have 1 senior cat which need to be fed 3 times daily. We have a lot of pot plants outside and a few inside which need to be watered regularly. We are preferably looking for someone who can become a regular house sitter for us, as we travel a few times a year.
