Due to the house's old age 1886, and fragility, it's not suitable for teenagers nor children. Not a party house. Combined living/dining area, free-to-air TV and Wi-Fi and a couple of tables for your laptop with BBQ table outside. No animals to mind, but there are neighbouring cats and a magpie in the backyard to talk to. Requirements are to maintain a visible presence for part of the day, security requirements met, and to maintain indoor cleanliness and outdoor sweeping, and finally to water specific special plants and monitor post.

House Tasks

Collect mail, maintain cleanliness, visible presence for some of the day, ensure security, make sure certain plants are watered, collect sticks and sweep/rake enough outside to look lived in (no grass), put bins out Thursday nights (Green one bi-weekly) and retrieve Fridays.
