A one bedroom townhouse in a small complex. Open plan downstairs with lots of windows (north and east facing). Two courtyards, front one allowing private access. Bedroom with ensuite upstairs, along with laundry cupboard. Located in a small, community minded suburb with a popular cafe and playing fields 100m away. Easy walking distance to Dickson shops and Watson cafes. Approx 1km walk to light rail stop. Bus stop across the road.
The main objective is to keep my dog Grover happy and safe. She is an older dog who still likes to go out on walks, but is no longer interested in walks over half an hour. I walk her most afternoons, unless it is raining so she will be ok if a daily walk is missed. As a curly coated dog she will need a quick brush once a week or so. She is fed twice a day and gets treats regularly. I also have a few indoor plants that will need watering (about once a week, unless it is hot, then every three days or so).
