Step straight onto the golf course!

If you love a game of golf or just prefer a backyard with a peaceful view of rolling golf greens, this is the house for you! Our two-storey, four- bedroom house is situated on the popular Greg Norman Golf Course in the beautiful Sanctuary Lakes estate in Point Cook.

We are a three- minute walk to the Golf Club and cafe, a ten minute walk to the Sanctuary Lakes Shopping Centre with Coles, Aldi, Kmart and more. A five-minute drive to Point Cook Central Shopping Centre offers an extraordinary array of restaurants and food options reflecting Point Cook's official status as the most multi-ethnic suburb in Australia! Our house features two living areas downstairs and a gym station upstairs. The master suite has a memory foam King Bed; double vanity, large shower and soaker bath in the ensuite, and a sunny east-facing balcony overlooking the golf course, perfect for a leisurely breakfast watching the golfers. If a spa-bath is more your thing, you will find one in the main bathroom. The house has heating throughout, and the large front room also features an electric log fireplace for chilly winter evenings. The kitchen is spacious, with stainless steel appliances including Miele dishwasher and plenty of storage. The laundry is equipped with washer and dryer. Wifi is available.

Our two-year old mini Cavoodle, Posie, lives mostly outside on our sheltered deck but loves company and makes friends easily. You will have no shortage of delightful walks at Sanctuary Lakes - around the lake, along the river, and, with a short drive, by the sea!

Melbourne CBD is 30-35 minutes by train from Laverton Train Station, whilst Werribee Open Range Zoo and the stunning the beautiful Werribee Park Mansion are 15 minutes' drive away. A drive to Wyndham Harbour with fish and chips for lunch is a must.

We are open to a single or couple to look after Posie, water a few pot plants and collect our mail while we’re away.
