Located in the historic precinct of Goulburn in a cul de sac. Multi-story fully renovated house with outdoor heated swimming pool and very low maintenance garden. NBN, Foxtel, Netflix’, Disney, Apply TV and Paramount plus others. Short work to CBD with the usual stores (Coles, Woolworths) as well as boutiques and places to eat. A number parks and good places to walk. Dog: Bull Arab - eight yrs old, very gentle with people (incl. children) but will bark when people come to the house. Dog is not good with other dogs at all. Needs to be walked daily but only for about 30mins. Feed twice a day and does enjoy treats. Sitter must be okay with dog sleeping with them - he is a big sook and loves cuddles. Cats - 2 medium hair domestic cats - a male and female - both 12 yrs old. Happy to be outside during the day but must be inside at night. Eat 2 to 3 times a day if humans are around. Both wet and dry. Reasonably social but not lap cats. Garden is fully irrigated so garden maintenance is only watering pot plants both indoor and outdoor.
