Hello!
We have a small unit on the riverside of the Maylands Pennisula in Perth. Living opposite a primary school with a large offlead oval and other natural spaces at walking distance, such as the river for a nice coffee and breakfast. It is also only a 20 minute walk to Maylands train station. And for those like me who want to avoid the walk! You can take a bus from the street behind us which takes you into the heart of the Perth cbd. The unit itself is a 2 x 1 with a small cosy living space with a small plant filled courtyard which out three cats and 2 dogs love to lounge in the sun.
