About

Our house is spacious but is only one bedroom. It is an old semi-detached, single level cottage with a beautiful renovation to kitchen and bathroom. The living spaces are large and comfortable. We have a small, low maintenance courtyard garden. We are close to the Merri Creek and North Fitzroy shopping village and the 11 and 96 trams. The house is very private and we have a claw foot bath!

Pets & farm animals

Bella is our 3 year old wolf-hound cross, she's the size of a border collie. She is a rescue and has a little bit of anxiety. This mainly manifests as stealing food from bench tops and raiding the rubbish bin. You just have to put food away and keep things up high. She walks reasonably well on the lead but can be reactive to other dogs. Once she's off lead down at the creek she's usually pretty good. She also loves to chase a ball and brings it back.
Walter is our 2 yr old tabby cat and he is just an all round excellent guy! Not much of a lap cat but he will snuggle at night if it's cold.

House Tasks

care for our pets and water the small garden in hot weather.
