Acre block in Wanneroo approx 3km to the Wanneroo shops. You would stay in the main house in the guest room approx 6m by 4 with your own bathroom that nobody else uses. This is in the main house which is a 5 bedroom property. Full access to lounge room with tv, fox and aircon. Nobody else in the house, kitchen, BBQ all yours to use.

Animals

2 German shepherds who are lovely girls and a little Maltese-shitzu all have great personality. There is an old cat who comes in and out barely goes 50m from the house.

Seperate undercover pool in a poolhouse with sitting area and bar area. Its a gorgeous place for someone working from home to chill, relax in nature while having access to all the mod cons.

There are 2 separate granny flats on the property, ours sons live there but are at work all day and whilst they can give love to animals when home, live their own lives.

A polite hello and wave occasionally is the only interaction needed, or chat to them if you want or need any help with something.
