Hello there. My wife and myself are taking the caravan to Rainbow Beach for 2 1/2 weeks and would like a couple to care for our home, gardens and one cocker spaniel.
Our home is one year old and a timber country home fully air conditioned. We’re on 40 acres 40 minutes to Noosa 15 minutes to Cooroy with IGA etc. We have cattle but there will be no work to do with them. Some garden watering will be needed if it should get dry. Also lawn mowing with a ride on.
There is a lockup carport with remote. There is a single lady who lives in another dwelling on the property. We live in a small rural tight knit neighbourhood where there is no crime and the 5 neighbours all get along and keep an eye out for each other. There is a shop 2 kms away that sells milk bread etc and a butcher’s shop. Cooroy (15 minutes away) has all your shopping needs.
