A 2-week rural and relaxed house sit (with the opportunity to extend until 30 March. **See information below)

We are seeking experienced sitters to care for our home and dogs (8 retired show dogs) who are all beautifully behaved and very well trained for **2 weeks in Summer. We also have 6 sheep, who look after themselves. Rural house sit experience is an advantage.

We have a large house on 5 acres in the Upper Hunter Valley with easy access to the Hunter Valley, Tamworth and Newcastle. There is plenty of room for a caravan or motorhome or accomodation is available in the house. We are located approx. 5 Kilometres from town so own transport is essential.

Duties would include daily care and feeding of our dogs, mowing and watering gardens as needed. Our dogs, are in well established routines, giving you the freedom to explore the area during the days. No need to walk or provide additional exercise beyond the house yards. No experience with or additional grooming of the dogs is required.

**We are also seeking a house/pet sitter for an additional 3 weeks in March (10 March - 1 April). This sit could be an opportunity for a longer house/pet sit with a few weeks in between to do your own thing or pick up another house sit in between the two dates.

Pets & farm animals

3x Siberian huskies and 5x Cavalier King Charles Spaniels (ranging from 14 to 1 years of age)

House Tasks

General care of house & collect mail.
Mow house yard lawns & water pots and gardens as needed (weather dependent) but not essential.
