About

We have a fairly large two story home, halfway through renovations, so some areas are 'nicer' than others. All wood floors upstairs, new kitchen, plenty of ovens! Air conditioners in the main upstairs area. We are on tank water only so we do ask that you be a little sparing with the water usage. We do have a cleaner who comes in each week and does the main clean, we can arrange for her to still come if you'd like or we can pause her (obviously with Christmas her times may change). We have room to move, 3 acres gives us plenty of space, yet we are only 5 mins to one of the best beaches in the area. Bargara is a beautiful beach town with bars and restaurants, Bundaberg is our main shopping area and is literally a ten minute car ride.

Pets & farm animals

We have a small menagerie for you to spend some time with! One dog, big ole boy who can look scary as hell when bounding towards you but really just a tiny lapdog at heart. Two cats, whom in all honesty you run the risk of never seeing, they are both indooor cats but tend to hide from anyone they don't know- if you get a cuddle you have passed the test! two budgies, one of which is just shouty and two Alexandrine parrots, who definitely let you know when they are awake! We also have chickens who basically have a coop the size of the TajMahal!

House Tasks

Its going to be 'grass growing season' so will need a mow probably once a week- we do have a ride on so the whole block can be done in a couple of hours! There are some small garden areas but hopefully they wont require too much in the way of attention!
